Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The ombudsman is to be paid remuneration and travelling and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(2) The remuneration paid to the ombudsman must not be reduced during the ombudsman's term of office without the ombudsman's written consent.
(3) The ombudsman is entitled to the leave of absence decided by the Governor in Council.
