Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a person--
(a) gives a document to the ombudsman under an investigation requirement; and
(b) the document did not exist before the investigation requirement and was created only for the purposes of complying with the requirement.
(2) The document is not admissible in evidence against a person in civil or criminal proceedings.
(3) In this section--
civil or criminal proceedings does not include proceedings about the falsity of information or a document.
