Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) For this division, the ombudsman may make reasonably necessary inquiries to decide whether a complaint should be investigated.
(2) The principal officer of the agency must give the ombudsman reasonable help in the conduct of a preliminary inquiry.
