OMBUDSMAN ACT 2001 - SECT 13

13 Ombudsman not subject to direction

Subject to any other Act or law, the ombudsman is not subject to direction by any person about--

(a) the way the ombudsman performs the ombudsman's functions under this Act; or
(b) the priority given to investigations.
