107 Complaints made in former commissioner’s own name
(1) This section applies in relation to a complaint made by the former
commissioner under the CCYPCG Act, section 59 that, immediately before the
commencement, had not been finally dealt with under that Act.
(2) The
ombudsman may investigate the matter of the complaint under section 18(1)(b).
