NATIONAL INJURY INSURANCE SCHEME (QUEENSLAND) ACT 2016 - SECT 45
Reviewing participation of interim participant
(1) The agency may review the participation of an interim participant at any
time during the participation period.
(2) At least 1 review must be carried
out before the end of the participation period.
(3) The agency must give the
interim participant notice of the review at least 28 days before carrying out
the review.
(4) In carrying out the review, the agency may ask the
participant to give the agency information needed to make a decision under
section 46 .
