NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1992 - SECT 8

(1) Nature includes all aspects of nature.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), nature includes--

(a) ecosystems and their constituent parts; and

(b) all natural and physical resources; and

(c) natural dynamic processes; and

(d) the characteristics of places, however large or small, that contribute to--

(i) their biological diversity and integrity; or

(ii) their intrinsic or scientific value.
