70Q References to Land Act reserves in other legislation
(1) A reference in this or another Act or in subordinate legislation to a
Land Act reserve is, if the context permits, taken to include a forest
reserve.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not apply if the reference is in or
under the Land Act 1994.
