NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1992 - SECT 70C

70C Dedication of forest reserves

The Governor in Council may, under a regulation, dedicate a stated area of land as a forest reserve if the area is, or is part of--

(a) a Land Act reserve; or
(b) a State forest or timber reserve; or
(c) unallocated State land.
