NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1992 - SECT 68
68 No compensation on termination of conservation agreements or revocation of protected areas
If--
(a) a conservation agreement is terminated under this Act; or
(b) a
declaration of a protected area is revoked, in whole or part;
the landholders
concerned are not entitled to compensation because of the termination or
revocation.
