Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A conservation agreement that is recorded by the registrar under section 134 in relation to land is binding on--
(a) the successors in title to the land-holder who entered into the agreement; and
(b) persons who have an interest in the land.
(2) A conservation agreement (other than an agreement mentioned in subsection (1)) is binding on the persons mentioned in section 45(2).
(3) A conservation covenant is binding on--
(a) the land-holder and the land-holder's successors in title; and
(b) persons who have an interest in the land.
