Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must publish a notice of the preparation of a draft regeneration plan for a national park (recovery) in a newspaper likely to be read by people particularly affected by the draft plan.
(2) The notice must state the following--
(a) the location and area of the park;
(b) where copies of the draft plan may be obtained or inspected;
(c) that any entity may comment about the draft plan to the chief executive;
(d) the period during which comments may be made.
(3) The stated period must be at least 35 days after the publication of the notice.
(4) A copy of the draft plan must be available free, or on payment of a reasonable price, at the place, or each of the places, stated in the notice.
