(2) The conservation officer must not enter a place, or
exercise a power under subsection (1) , unless—
(a) the occupier of the
place consents to the entry or exercise of the power; or
(b) a warrant under
section 148authorises the entry or exercise of the power; or
(c) the place
is a place to which the public are admitted (whether or not for consideration)
and the entry is made when members of the public attend or the premises are
open for admission by the public; or
(d) the place is premises, or the part
of premises, that—
(i) are licensed under a regulation and the entry is made
when the premises are open for conduct of business or otherwise open for
entry; and
(ii) are not used exclusively for residential purposes.
(3) In
this section—
"place" does not include a vehicle, boat or aircraft.
