Effect of order
103 Effect of order
(1) An interim conservation order may provide for— (a) the prohibition or
control of a specified threatening process; or
(b) such other matters as are
prescribed.
(2) An order may be made in relation to land even though— (a)
the wildlife or habitat is not within the land; or
(b) the land is not within
an area of major interest or protected area.
