Future development area
10 Future development area
(1) An application for approval of a mixed use scheme may identify an area in
relation to which development is planned for the future.
(2) The area
identified is called a future development area.
(3) A provisional approval
may be granted in relation to the area and an application for its inclusion in
the site of the mixed use scheme may be made at a later stage.
