Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An application for the grant of a mining claim may be rejected by the mining registrar if the applicant fails to comply with any of the applicable provisions of this part.
(2) The mining registrar must, within 5 business days after deciding to reject, give the applicant and the EPA administering authority written notice of the decision and the reasons for it.
