Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A mining claim may be granted over land comprised in a prospecting permit or prospecting permits to the holder thereof or to the holder thereof and other eligible persons.
(2) A mining claim shall include the whole of the surface of the land within the boundaries of the mining claim.
