MINERAL RESOURCES ACT 1989 - SECT 41
41 Hearing procedures
(1) In deciding an appeal, the Land Court--
(a) is not bound by the rules of
evidence; and
(b) must observe natural justice.
(2) An appeal is by way of
rehearing.
