Applicant’s information obligation
318ELAS Applicant’s information obligation
(1) The applicant must within 10 business days after making the mining lease
application give the overlapping tenure holder a copy of the application.
(2)
If the Minister is reasonably satisfied the applicant has not complied with
subsection (1) , the Minister may refuse the mining lease application.
