Court may hear submissions from non-parties to proceeding
90 Court may hear submissions from non-parties to proceeding
(1) In a proceeding, the court may hear submissions from the following
persons— (a) a member of the family of the child to whom the proceeding
relates;
(b) anyone else the court considers is able to inform it on any
matter relevant to the proceeding.
(2) A submission may be made by a
person’s lawyer.
