798 Approved forms
(1) The president of the Mental Health Court may approve,
for this Act, forms for use by or in the Mental Health Court.
(2) The
president of the tribunal may approve, for this Act, forms for use by or in
the tribunal.
(3) The rules committee may approve, for this Act, forms for
use by or in the Supreme Court, the District Court or the Magistrates Courts.
(4) The chief psychiatrist may approve, for this Act, forms for use in
circumstances not mentioned in subsection (1) , (2) or (3) .
(5) In this
section—
"rules committee" see the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 , section 89 .
