720 Presiding member
(1) The presiding member for a proceeding is— (a) if
the tribunal is constituted by 1 member—the constituting member; or
(b) if
the tribunal is constituted by more than 1 member—the member decided by the
president.
(2) However, if the tribunal is constituted under section 716 (2)
, 717 or 718 , the presiding member must be a lawyer.
