Executive officer and other staff
713 Executive officer and other staff
(1) There is to be an executive
officer of the tribunal and other staff necessary for the tribunal to exercise
its jurisdiction.
(2) The executive officer and other staff are appointed
under the Public Sector Act 2022.
(3) The president is responsible for the
organisational unit made up of the staff of the tribunal and for the
organisational unit’s efficient and effective administration and operation.
(4) In performing a function or exercising a power under this Act, the
executive officer and other staff of the tribunal are subject to the direction
and control of the president.
