General right of appearance and representation683 General right of appearance and representation
A party to a proceeding in the Mental Health Court may—
(a) appear in person at the hearing of the proceeding; or
(b) be represented at the hearing by—(i) a lawyer; or(ii) with the leave of the court, a person who is not a lawyer.
