433 When reviews are conducted

(1) The tribunal must review (a
"periodic review" ) the forensic order—
(a) within 6 months after the order is made; and
(b) at intervals of not more than 6 months after the review under paragraph (a) is completed.
(2) Also, the tribunal must review (an
"applicant review" ) the forensic order on application by—
(a) the person subject to the order; or
(b) an interested person for the person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or
(c) the Attorney-General; or
(d) if an authorised mental health service is responsible for the person—the chief psychiatrist; or
(e) if the forensic disability service is responsible for the person—the director of forensic disability.
(3) Further, the tribunal may at any time, on its own initiative, review (a
"tribunal review" ) the forensic order.
(4) If the tribunal receives written notice under section 213 (3) of the amendment of the forensic order, the tribunal must review (also a
"tribunal review" ) the order within 21 days after receiving the notice.
(5) This section is subject to sections 434 to 437 and chapter 16 , part 2 , division 6 , subdivision 2 .
