Appointment of authorised doctor
338 Appointment of authorised doctor
(1) The administrator of an authorised
mental health service may, by instrument in writing, appoint a doctor as an
authorised doctor.
(2) However, the administrator may appoint a person under
subsection (1) only if satisfied the person has the competencies, stated in a
policy, necessary to be an authorised doctor.
