331 Declaration of authorised mental health service (rural and remote)
(1)
The chief psychiatrist may, by gazette notice, declare an authorised mental
health service, or part of an authorised mental health service, to be an
authorised mental health service (rural and remote).
(2) The chief
psychiatrist may act under subsection (1) only if satisfied the authorised
mental health service is in a rural or remote area.
