311 Purpose of pt 5

This purpose of this part is to provide for the actions the chief psychiatrist may take in relation to a forensic patient for whom an authorised mental health service is responsible (a
"relevant forensic patient" ) if there is a serious risk to the life, health or safety of a person or to public safety because of a matter relating to the relevant forensic patient.
