264 What is a reduction and elimination plan

A
"reduction and elimination plan" is a written plan, for a relevant patient, developed by an authorised doctor that provides for the reduction and elimination of either or both of the following—

(a) the use of mechanical restraint on the relevant patient;

(b) the seclusion of the relevant patient.
