(1) The Mental Health Court may, in a treatment support order
for a person, impose the conditions it considers appropriate.
(2) Without
limiting subsection (1) , the court may impose a condition that the person
must not contact a stated person, including, for example, a victim of the
relevant unlawful act.
(3) However, the court may not impose a condition
requiring the person to take a particular medication or a particular dosage of
a medication.
