Application to withdraw reference
126 Application to withdraw reference
(1) At any time before the Mental
Health Court decides the reference, the person who made the reference may
apply to the court to withdraw the reference.
(2) The application must be
made by—
(a) filing a notice in the approved form with the registrar; or
(b) making an oral submission at the hearing of the proceeding for the
reference.
