(1) If the parties to a proceeding in relation to an amount for which the
Supreme Court or District Court has jurisdiction agree that a Magistrates
Court may have jurisdiction in relation to the amount, the Magistrates Court
has jurisdiction for the proceeding.
(2) The agreement must—
(a) be
written; and
(b) be signed by each of the parties or their lawyers; and
(c)
include a statement that the parties know that the proceeding is not otherwise
within the jurisdiction of a Magistrates Court; and
