Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A building management statement may be registered only if it is signed by the registered owners of all lots to which the statement applies.
(2) The lots to which a building management statement applies must comprise--
(a) 2 or more volumetric format lots; or
(b) 1 or more volumetric format lots, and 1 or more standard format lots.
