29 Particulars the registrar may record
(1) The registrar may record in the freehold land register anything that the
registrar is permitted to record by this or another Act.
(2) The registrar
may also record in the freehold land register anything that the registrar
considers should be recorded to ensure that the register is an accurate,
comprehensive and usable record of freehold land in the State.
