Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This Act applies to all lands within Queensland which, whether before or after the passing of this Act, have been alienated from the Crown for an estate in fee simple.
(2) This Act shall not apply to any land in process of alienation from the Crown or which has been contracted to be so alienated until a deed of grant in fee simple for the same has been issued.
