Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Section 11, as in force immediately before the commencement of the amending provision, applies for levying land tax payable for the financial year starting 1 July 2006.

amending provision means the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2006, section 91.
