LAND TAX ACT 1915 - SECT 62

62 Application of particular amendments

This Act, as amended by the Fuel Subsidy Repeal and Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2009, part 11, applies to land tax levied for a financial year starting on or after 1 July 2009.
