Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe owner of any freehold estate less than the fee simple shall be deemed to be the owner of the fee simple, to the exclusion of any person entitled in reversion or remainder, and shall be assessed accordingly; and the commissioner shall have the same remedies against the land for the recovery of the tax as if the taxpayer were the owner of the fee simple.
