Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIn proceedings in respect of an offence against this Act a copy of an instrument purporting to relate to the sale or purchase of a proposed allotment or a proposed lot and produced on behalf of the complainant shall be admissible in evidence as if it were the original thereof.
