Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe objects of this Act are--
(a) to facilitate property development in Queensland; and
(b) to protect the interests of consumers in relation to property development; and
(c) to ensure that proposed allotments and proposed lots are clearly identified; and
(d) to achieve the objects mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c) without imposing procedural obligations on local governments in addition to their obligations under the Integrated Planning Act 1997.
