Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must keep a register of declared pest permits.
(2) The register must contain each of the following particulars about each permit--
(a) the holder's name and address;
(b) the species of declared pest to which it relates;
(c) the number of declared pests allowed to be kept under it and the address where the pests are kept;
(d) its conditions;
(e) the date it ends;
(f) if it is renewed--
(i) the date, and the conditions, of renewal; and
(ii) the date the renewed permit ends;
(g) other information prescribed under a regulation.
