LAND PROTECTION (PEST AND STOCK ROUTE MANAGEMENT) ACT 2002 - SECT 57
57 Closing gates
A person must close a gate in a declared pest fence immediately after using
the gate, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty--50
penalty units.
