LAND PROTECTION (PEST AND STOCK ROUTE MANAGEMENT) ACT 2002 - SECT 55
55 Damaging, or making openings in, a declared pest fence
A person must not, without reasonable excuse--
(a) damage a declared pest
fence; or
(b) make an opening in a declared pest fence, other than under an
agreement mentioned in section 52.
Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
