LAND PROTECTION (PEST AND STOCK ROUTE MANAGEMENT) ACT 2002 - SECT 43

(1) A person must not take a plant that is a class 2 pest, or a part of the plant, for commercial use other than under a declared pest permit.

Maximum penalty--400 penalty units.

(2) In this section--

take includes the following--

(a) fell;

(b) lop;

(c) remove.
