Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, feed a declared pest animal other than under a declared pest permit.
Maximum penalty--40 penalty units.
(2) A person does not commit an offence against subsection (1) if the person feeds the animal--
(a) as part of a baiting or trapping campaign to control its numbers; or
(b) after it is seized under section 266 or 267.
