LAND PROTECTION (PEST AND STOCK ROUTE MANAGEMENT) ACT 2002 - SECT 39

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, introduce a declared pest other than under a declared pest permit.

Maximum penalty--

(a) for a class 1 pest--800 penalty units; or

(b) for a class 2 pest--400 penalty units; or

(c) for a class 3 pest--200 penalty units.
