779 Application of amendments made by Justice and Other Legislation Amendment
Act 2013
(1) This section applies if, before the commencement of this section, an
Australian legal practitioner employed by the law society provided legal
services to the board.
(2) Section 662A(2) applies to the Australian legal
practitioner in providing the services as if the services had been provided
after the commencement.
