(b) a person appointed to or otherwise holding the position
referred to by the law society as chief executive of the law society.
(2) A
delegation may be for the expenditure of a reasonable amount of not more than
the amount fixed by the board in the delegation or for a purpose decided by
the board and stated in the delegation.
(3) In this section—
"financial powers" means day-to-day expenditure and financial activities.
