645 Procedure for hearing by committee
(1) When conducting a hearing, the committee—
(a) must comply with natural
justice; and
(b) must act as quickly, and with as little formality and
technicality, as is consistent with a fair and proper consideration of the
issues before it; and
(c) is not bound by the rules of evidence; and
(d) may
inform itself of anything in the way it considers appropriate.
(2) Subsection
(1) is subject to another provision of this Act that states a particular way
the committee must conduct the hearing.
