Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a local legal practitioner's name is removed from the local roll or a local legal practitioner ceases to be an Australian lawyer, the regulatory authority must cancel the practising certificate by information notice given to the legal practitioner.
(2) Section 61 does not apply in a case to which this section applies.
